how long can a car wax last after opening? is a wax = sealant?

Wax is not a sealant, although it might seem like the same thing.

 

Last how long ah..good question, i guess if you take proper care of it, can last forever? Just remember to keep it covered, and if it is liquid, to shake it occasionally. There have been stories of people's liquid wax/sealant hardening/chemicals separated after a few weeks of not touching it.

Confirm true, my Autoglym SRP separated after non-usage for a few months. But back to normal after shaking the bottle well.

haha.. depends on where it has been kept.. Avoid putting them for too long in your car boot.. best to keep it at room temp.. My DGs are all kept in air-condition warehse..
