Recommendation for Japanese food?

I have been reading up the web on Japanese restaurants. Seems like the main recommendations are like Sushi Tei, but I have already tried that. So, was wondering if there are other worth trying ones.

Any other good places?

Try Raku at greenwood avenue. (near NJC)

Last I know, the office managing it has closed this place down for good. It's a real waste as I personally like the beef chunks too!

The chefs there r also quite frenly and will chat with me while doing their stuff.

Any idea where did the chefs went to??

You can check out Kuriya Dining @ Great World City. The food there is nice, like the sashimi & porridge served there. [thumbsup] Nice atmosphere too.
