Anyone know how to appeal to traffic police?

I can't find anything like webside or write-in address.

Is it appeal for road traffic offence? if it is, just fax your letter to the same number (6547 4749) that you have faxed the particulars form previously...

they should reply with an acknowledgement letter 3-4 days later of receiving asking you to ignore the notice of traffic offence and they will revert back to you shortly.

Just email to this email address to appeal ...

[email protected]

But usually they'll not reply you till about 6 months from the date of your offense. They'll take this 6 months to see that you don't "kana the same offense" again ... and then review your case.

There's always this question on my mind.Let's say u kanna speeding, over a certain km/h,TP will get irritated when u ask for proof,or snap of the images that u r actually speeding.

I mean - everybody wants to know that they r being fined righteously, right

Still cannot understand y TP cannot show the images of the speedster/s

Y so secretive???????????

Pay only upon rejection of appeal. While they are processing can just wait.

They can show you the photos etc. But you need to pay the prcocessing fee, admin fee, court fee etc. In the end you pay $1000 to see photos. Nothing is for free you know. You need to hire lawyer to writr in to requst for photos if you want to dispute
