I think is becos the car is in poor condition and they willing to let go at lower price. Look at the milege. 162,000km. The owner travels close to 70,000km in a yr. wonder wat does he do. on avg he drives over 5000 km every month? think potential buyers would be scared away and need very cheap price to entice them to buy.

I dont think any car will be sold below its paper whatever the condition. I dont know why it doesnt list a COE value thou? Maybe laid up b4?
