i think more important is at what age did both get married.

 

if a 30 yo guy married a 20 yo girl, things will be different when compare to a 40 yo guy married a 30 yo girl. the older you are, being more mature and having more experience, stable mindset, etc.. there again, there are divorce cases even for older couples.

 

of course there are bound to be exceptions when even a 40 yo person can behave like a kid. so a lot of factors will have to be considered in this context of "marriage".

 

at the end of the day, your questions will be subjected to many variable factors, arguments and different point of views.

Age does not matter when it comes to love(if it exist). There are ppl who are mature in age but not mature in terms of behaviour & character.

 

If u'r looking to having children I guess age does matter in a marriage.

my unker is 14 yrs senior to his wife

both happily married for 7 yrs now with 2 beautiful daughters the whole family adore

 

his wife was only 22 when she married him.

there were times when he would tell us how he cannot tahan his wife

but these disagreement happen everywhere
