Renewal of road tax for cars > 3years

need to go for car inspection for the 1st time before the road tax can be renewed, need to check if after passing the inspection, do we need to produce the inspection cert. physically at those centres listed for road tax renewal, or LTA will know we had gone thru the inspection, so can just pay online, thru AXS or singpost like before for cars under 3 years? thinking of doing both at one go if need to produce the inspection cert. and insurance under the 'messeges for your attention'.

When I renewed my Road Tax at AAS, they didn't ask me for my inspection Cert (even though i did carry it with me). Thus I suspect its probably all in their computerised system (along with car insurance data, to see if its valid)

If not mistaken you cant renew immediately through AXS, internet after inspection. Need a couple of days before the data is link to LTA.
