So not a single day of MC taken this year of 2008. So happy for myself....... For my co, each doc visit is worth a certain amount of $$$ credit. The less you see the co doctor, the more reimbursed health supplement purchase you can get back at the end of the year. MC are privilege, see what happen if you have too many days MC, management can call you up and ask you to improve your health... otherwise the door is open....
