Before the passat CC, i think the superb still take the cream off the cake..

after the passat CC, with 2 seater behind, I think it's not going to appeal to those family oriented people..

IMHO, beautiful car. Pain point would be the 4 seater behind.

Just launched in Singapore over the weekend.

3 versions.

1.8T (7 speed DSG)

2.0T (Auto)

3.6 (6 speed DSG with 4Motion)

Price range from 102k to 160k. OMV is about 31+K for 1.8T.

Have to go check it out in person.

Here's the link.

Present price $102K. Sleek & Classy. Superb IMHO cannot compare to VW CC, it is on the higher level.

higher level in term of?

coz it's missing one seat, or the VW badge vs the greeny looking bird?

Woo lots of Passat fans here I see...but seriously, you guys think it deserves to be called a coupe?

No way man...sure it's fundamentally wrong to call it that in the first place since it has 4 doors but I think it's an amazing looking car...plus with the dsg gearbox and the 2.0-litre engine...very very nice to be in.

An attention grabber.

But I cringe everytime I hear someone coming up with a family car and calling it a coupe.
