Chrispie 5th Gear June 26, 2009 Share June 26, 2009 I just went to Malacca recently, and for their parking coupons, they uses scratch card style for you to scratch away the Year, Mth, date etc... and their parking is so damn cheap!! 80 sen for an hour! I think that is a darn good idea. No litter and you cant cheat. But again, since its a malaysian idea, singapore wont adopt.
