my new polo was 185/60/15 i change it to 195/55/15 trust me. u will feel the difference! its so much better the control the traction!

i use re001. but if u think u dont need so much traction which end result is noise than this tyre aint suitable for u. try hankook. i always wanted to try, mayb for my aveo but being a 1 brand shop there are not very willing to gimme a better price for my 1hr old stock polo tyres.

u can try hankook, gd recommendations from ppl here.

bro hw much u paid for ur Re001?

Any idea how much is federal FD2 for 205, 60R16? I have been using free FD2 for nearly 20K mileage. It's good untill now especially on NSWH. no problem till 180km/hr.

sori for this noob qn

how to know or feel that the car is aquaplanning?

thru steering?

tks

when u drive through small puddle of water or during heavy rain , water flowing along the road. if u feel u are losing control of the steeling wheel. at 90 km/h. u might need to take note.

of couse if u wanna test your tyres. pls do it when there is no traffic around u , LOL , and on a straight road.

(u can feel the car float on the water feeling )

anyone can recommend me good tyres for kia picanto? im looking for quiet, comfortable and most importantly cheap tyres like less then 80bucks per tyres.. tks..

Can try Bridgestone Turanza AR10? Am using this currently on my lancer glx, reaching 50k on the tires, perhaps a bit noisier after 40k.

My opinion, noise level quite good - a little louder than Yokohama DNA DB that came stock with the car. Grip is much better than DNA..

And it's cheap, <S$90 for 15" when I got it..
