CNY coming again, and yah, time to blow some $$$ on abalone.

 

Would appreciate if bros n sis can advise on where can i get good deal for canned abalone.

Just pumped and bought from Caltex the following:

New Moon (New Zealand) + New Moon (Australia) combo at $48.80.

Bought two sets and get another $5 off using OCBC card

 

Heard from cashier New Moon Jumbo set selling $68.80 with free Siemens cordless phone worth 40 plus wor

IMHO Calmex (Mexico) is the best. THey are coming back after a 3 yrs absence from the abalone market. If not, those dry types (abt 6pcs per kati) also good but the preparation will kill you..

 

Just now went to SPC to top up petrol for my van, saw they selling those bigger cans (like those fruit cocktail size). Not sure about their price though.

 

Any bros here if wan can buy Straits Times every Thursday, all the supermarkets advertising since CNY is akan datang...

last week New Moon got warehouse sale - NZ type (pink can) selling for $30, Aus type (Red can) selling for $33 ... got others also but dunno price.
