Car styling is all about copying each other:

 

The blacked out face that Audi came out with has been copied variously by Volkswagen on their GTi, Nissan on their GTR, and Mitsubishi on their Lancer/Evo

 

The LED DRL that Audi popularized has been aped by Porsche, among others

 

Your own Honda Civic's Euro "face" has been copied by Toyota's Allion, as well as Kia's Forte

 

The JDM Honda Civic's big-small stoveplate round tail lamps are copied from the R34 Skyline which evolved from the identically sized twin round tail lamps of the previous Skyline versions, which had themselves been inspired by Ferrari and Corvette's round tail lamps

 

Toyota's FT-86 concept looks heavily influenced by the Nissan GTR

Nicessss! But still, I kinda agree with TS that this car looks like it's trying too hard to be something it isn't.

 

Looks like the GTR? Maybe, maybe not...depends on your pov, the fact remains that this isn't exactly a fast car. I'm sorry, but making it look as though it can go like stink, only serves to re-inforce the poseur point.
