supposed to be silent but its strength lies in it being darn good for wet and dry, and real good wear rate

ohh because my P Zero Rosso now very noisy. im upgrading to 18" so im pretty fixed on PS 2.

Heard ps3 (not sony one ) is coming early next month. Expect better performance than already great ps2 and more costly i guess.

Had it on my Evo X Quiet compared to stock Yoko. Very balance set of tyres in wet and dry

Now on Vredestein, not bad too except noise slightly more pronounce. Price is easily 20% cheaper.

Suppose to be a do-it-all and 'green' tyre, I reckon it may not be as 'hiong' as a pure performance tyre than PS2.

 

My opinion only

 

I think PS2 will still be available for a long time more

My stock PS2s (profile 40 front and profile 35 rear) are pretty quiet ... but then it may also be helped by the better fender wall insulation of the W204.

Check out the spider chart which compares the PS3 versus the PS2. You can clearly see that dry performance is the same as the PS2 but wet performance is now phenomenal! Its like wet roads no longer exist! (but i exaggerate). Added bonus is that the PS3 will last longer too.
