What's there to whine?

Hotel or any service provider can reject any bookings that is wrongly imterpreted, be it on website or newspaper.

Just like a supermarket can choose not to sell their goods with a price tag that is wrongly labelled to their customers.

That's law. Period.

That pool is not for swimming one. Just for people who like to take selfies.

Anyways, won't pay money to stay there lor. Too noisy and crowded. Mainly PRC too. Experience at The Rise is so so nia. Think if wanna pay for buffet I rather go The Line.

How come you all say until this hotel like so bad de? I never stay there before cause no money. Lol.

Between the 2, I would recommend you try The Line first.

The Rise selection is nice but the crowd there is ahem ahem, not so refined. And The Rise has huge glass windows so is natural greenhouse. If you go there for breakfast some tables end up having direct sunlight.

The view at the pool is really good, especially the night view.

But the hotel customer service standard definitely not 5 star standard.

For those want to see xmm, yes there is a lot from tiongkok and jipon.

Maybe that the Law we are "used to locally or brought up locally"  and slowly learning now....... with at least a small lemon law thing in;

In the US of A consumer rights are very strong, their consumer  rights bodies  are very strong unlike our CASE, they can really lobby, call for boycott... and life goes on.

I bought some walky talky for my son & price is marked wrongly (was only about 20 % cheaper though ) cashier pages manager and manager just key in his code and even apologised for the inconveniece, now thats really a shopping experience

,,,... might i even add   - returns to shops is even another great thing they have there....... again no questions asked.

Now MBS is gonna get more flak from this bitter experience as seems many others are in similar fix.......

Sometime back SQ also had some  similar cock up ..... don't know what happened finally

you think the hotel care ? Cos if they honour one, they must honour all.

IMO, no one will ever remember about this 2 weeks later. Except for Mr Tan that is. Life goes on ...........
