This is what I am doing it at least once a week. :D

BTW, most of us usually over-consumed in Singapore. So, good to eat "plain and simple" at least once a week. Just make sure you buy quality fruit jam (with real fruits, and not those with colouring, artificial flavouring and jelly).

OIC. Can we find quality fruit jam in ordinary supermarkets, or only in selected outlets? Thanks [:)]

yah I tried the Horlicks/Milo/Ovaltine with condensed milk when I was a teenager... now cannot lah, too much sugar.

Prefer to drink my Dinosaur instead...

Vegemite I don't like with bread. I prefer with porridge.

Wasabi on bread hmm that is a challenge, maybe need to add Sashimi, Ikura, avacado, Jap Seaweed, crabstick, roll the bread into a cone... add Mayo...

(edited)

Because u did not look at the thread date before u reply...

There is a set menu of $5/- which is equally good & tasty but they do not choose from the display outside but on their own. The daily menu display outside is only $5/- and different day got different menu. Thats why I said why pay $8 ~$10 if one can get for $5/-... -_-

I know last year, it was $4.80 and this year increase by 20c. Last year also include 2 chocolate chips cookies for set meal... [:(]

Yah, trying to. In fact, my weight went down to 90+kg only. In fact I ate one foot long + half container of Pringles original + one can of coke. :D

I need more food per meal. :D
