Not going to buy anymore. Feel not worth it. U should also try out Long john silver! I went to velocity branch,and ordered 2 piece chicken. When my food comes I got a shock,one of the piece was about the same size like a nugget!!!! WTF I say. I asked for the branch manager and complained. He quickly sent me another piece.this is not the only incident with LJS.in fact many branches also the same.if u keep quiet , they will no bother at all.damn it!! I think we all hope that some major overhaul in terms of QC will be featured in the pipeline. The problem is the local franchisee is still very much healthy and doing a roaring business. Unless the franchisee really do grave injustice to the Golden Arches which causes irrevocable damage to the brand perception, i don't think Macs wlll step in. I am commenting based on a parallel development related to Burger King. Some of you might have noticed a rather aggressive marketing campaign launched by BK as of late and strangely amidst the robust PR blitz, numerous BK outlets have been shut down. My source informed me that the rights to the BK franchise has been revoked by Burger King and Burger King itself has taken over operations wholly. To think of it, it doesn't seem much of a surprise. If you notice Macdonalds for example, they really put in effort and money to renovate each outlet frequently just to keep the interior and ambience up to date.
