Applies to Raffles City.

Suntec City is giving away free car park rates.

So many years of F1, until now i still have no idea during the F1 period, how to drive into suntec and marina square carpark? It is still open to public to park or only open to limited public?

all these years I have worked within/around this F1 circuit. it is such a nuisance even with all the auxiliary police guiding traffic.

noboby i spoke to like this F1 except the hotels. I must have met most of the invisble people the press couldn't meet. during the race week, the office building also quieter. people leave town.

if they have interviewed me, i woukd say, please Stop It.

The press is the government's mouthpiece la.

Govt wants f1, they will interview and only print the comments that say f1 is very good. Govt doesn't want f1 (or never secure the contract), then suddenly the people on the ground will come out to say how disruptive

f1 is.

Correct, this is how it works here lo. They filter the things that they want de, same for F1, bus, mrt etc. They only revealed the good comments.

Thought i heard next year they dont know if still can continue F1 or not, and they are currently discussing on this. Wonder what will be the outcome? Hopefully they will stop this F1 thing here forever. Such an useless event that never benefit majority people here.

Suntec City is still very accessible thru nicoll highway and rochor road (via benjamin sheares bridge). Marina Square on the other hand is pretty much locked down.

I think it's the inconvenience that is brought and I think it's better to hold F1 in a dedicated track in Changi if it continues.

Have F1 is better than the casinos staying.

Dont think they will move the F1 to location like changi, if they have plans on this, think they should have build the track long ago. Lol.

just like Monaco F1

it's more like a "lifestyle" event rather than "racing"

it's about the hish hish and ra ra ... activities for the 3 days

so it's unlikely to move F1 to a circuit at one corner [laugh]

if you read today ST, rubbish report. interviewing people directly involved in this biz is of no credit to how the general public feels.
