Superyandao 1st Gear December 6, 2016 Share December 6, 2016 You don't understand. Our contract with them has no SLA so they could have still charged us the full price. That's why 10% off is a discount. Can report to case or sue then for unfair contract?
Kusje Supersonic December 6, 2016 Share December 6, 2016 Can report to case or sue then for unfair contract? For sure you can report them to case. And for sure nothing will happen. As for UCTA, you have to ask a lawyer.
Tohto Hypersonic December 6, 2016 Share December 6, 2016 Can report to case or sue then for unfair contract? Case is toothless tiger, against big player (or company own by T...), they will just keep quiet. They only dare to sue small company for unfair contract.

Song song Some more I sign their cheapo internet deal only $29 Because I hardly use the internet Just wanna add on that for m1 (not sure about the others), the lines don't need to be in the same name. As long as same address can already. But you need to log on and register the other lines. Discount only valid for 2 year plans but those no plan numbers can also be counted as one of the lines (no discount for it tho) Edited December 6, 2016 by Kusje
Kusje Supersonic December 7, 2016 Share December 7, 2016 By the way, my 2 year home broadband contract with SingTel is up. Are there cheaper packages now? Just saw an m1 ad on MCF (of all places!) 39 bucks per month for 1GBPS. first 3 months of a 2 year contract is FOC so just 34.5 p/m effective rate. what are you waiting for.
Kb27 Supersonic December 7, 2016 Share December 7, 2016 I went to a town called Waterloo in Canada, with some guys. My phone was on m1, no reception on data roaming. The others on SH and ST got reception, damn. And it's about the only time I didn't like m1.
Albeniz Turbocharged January 18, 2017 Share January 18, 2017 Thinking of getting the cheapest 300Mbps broadband plan from M1 at S$29 per month. Any reviews? Looks like need to source for a wireless router as it will not be provided at this subscription price. Any cheap-good ones to recommend, not exactly a heavy internet user, just a stable unit will do. Many thanks, as always.

Kusje Supersonic January 18, 2017 Share January 18, 2017 What review do you need? It is cheap and good. You can also transfer your HP lines over to m1. As long as there are at least 2 mobile lines at your same address, you can get a discount of the mobile line subscription. As for the router, check with m1 what thre top up options are.
