Mine too - call Singtel- they say currently experiencing high call volume - they must be getting screwwed

 

I thought my phone something wrong - switch on/off 2 times some more since I thought the Apple update might have affected my wifi

Singtel stated on its FB page that some subscribers were affected by the outage. but judging by those comments left by irate customers, "some" == all.
