I'm not sure about this particular outage, but it's possible, even likely, that it's due to malicious hacking. A lot of the time, the powers that be don't want to admit how common it's becoming. But Singapore's infrastructure is constantly being bombarded by hackers.

 

(proper name is cracker, but not as many are familiar with that term in this context).

Just return back still not working.

Try reset the system by off and on, now my whole singtel WiFi black box don't boot up at all. Seems like the box had failed. Can't even watch TV now.

Moring no WiFi but still can work TV.
