Funny smelling haze?

no wonder just now at 5+ saw a fire engine with siren and flashing lights running down TPE and exiting Sengkang area. Driving down TPE, the road ahead looks foggy.

Yes, it smelled like gas. At first, I thought it is a gas leak from my neighbour. I hope it is not toxic or bad for our health.
