Done. I have Kopi Luwak green beans coming in, hopefully today, if not, after the holidays.

Haven't planned when to roast again, as I got two batches, Bali and Costa Rica to finish.

Heavy crema.

PM me your contact details. I lost it.

Every person has different levels of caffeine tolerances. No suppressant.

As one goes further, the tolerance will be better over a period of time.

Mine is more on dependence, without coffee I cannot sleep well. ^_^

I drink a lot of coffee, most of which are gourmet coffee.I bought a Nespresso machine a few months ago and found it to be of a standard of a lot of so-called Barista run cafes. So your statement is a bit of prejudice to Nespresso owners.Try their variety of blends and you WILL agree with me.And not to mention it's convenience!

Drinking a LOT of coffee, doesn't make you able to know what's good and what's bad,

It plays in the beans, roast, freshness, equipment and most important, the barista's passion.

If it's just but job to the so called Barista, then yes, the coffee is no difference to toilet bowl

Water. then again, if all factors add in, Nespresso will only be a machine, and remain as that,

With no comparison to a Barista, passionate of his work.

You haven't tasted the best.....yet.

Freshly roasted beans to be consumed within 7-8 days from roasting,

Espresso beans are darker roast, so you have lesser caffeine and also,

Lesser of a lot of the flavor, and character taste of the bean's origin.

People at cuppa are a great lot, know all of them plus the owner as well.

But I don't buy their beans, since I roast and import my own.

i bot my espresson coffee beans from cuppa choice

http://www.cuppachoice.com/contact-us/

free delivery if > $45. some more buy 3 get 1 free. good quality espresso beans!

Does hold "some" truth, nowadays all cafe owners choose to use automatic machines vs semi automatics,

As it's not easy to find a trained Barista or even keep training one over and over again, as they leave and go elsewhere.

'Nespresso machine ....... a standard of a lot of so-called Barista run cafes'

You got to be kidding right?
