For bubble tea or coffee ,it's the taste that matters. So you must ask "do you know how to make a good cup

of it?"Of course other thingy such as rental, location, crowd ,wages & overheads must take into considerations too.Good luck. [cool]

The current bubble tea chain is different from the 90s, these chain dun have franchise but they plan their marketing strategy carefully, looking at the crowd, I see they recoup their investment in 6 months time. Believe me, they are laughing and in 3-4 years time after they make enough, they can franchise to 100000 people and take the last draw before they go .......

sounds like pyramid....or stock market.

yah, the pioneers will be long gone, selling away their business.

left only those stuck with all the equipment, materials, outstanding loans, salaries & rental.

and those who just entered the market.

Think a bit further and come out with your own brand.

Save on royalty. The core recipes and ingredients are mostly the same.

Tips on starting and sustaining a business: think shrewd and dont think like most singaporeans and you would be fine.

You dont need experience if you have business acumens.

for those with no businees experience, i think better dun waste your capital. heard that 9 out of 10 businesses usually fold up if its opened by a novice

I don't see why everyone think koi is nice, it doesn't even taste better than any single unnamed bubble tea shop I picked randomly on the taiwanese streets.

When I went to taiwan last time, I kept drinking puddle milk tea, I see every shop uses taiwan manufactured fresh milk to make it. I think thats the special thing about it?

Nothing ventured nothing gained.

I always have respect for those that have tried and failed.

Failure is usually a step in the learning process.

you must make sure you have the time, when i started my f&b i was at the shop at 8am to try new products, prepare the ingredients and finish work around 1030pm. no day no nite, no family. cos as a boss you need to know what time your shop peak period, customers profile and feedback.

and dont expect alot of monies first
