Anybody going to let go of season parking near Mapletree Business City ?

Or anyone has any lobang how to get a season parking nearby ?

Need to drive so that can fetch my kids on time... :(

cannot handover offline from one person to another.

 

I understand the queue at MBC is about 4 months.

Comtech going to enbloc and tear down end of this year, so no more season parking there soon...

 

many company already moved out, that's why u see more empty lots at Comtech

PSA building. $200 per month.

 

Need to check whether your company have any agreement with MBC or PSA building management.

 

It's easier to go thru company to apply for the season parking.

 

I just return the season parking to them as don't need them anymore.

Go to ARC level 2 and turn left after the money changer.

 

Walk toward the Cargo lift and the PSA management office is just beside the cargo lift.

 

Good luck. Now waiting list is long from what I heard.

I currently have a season lot just 1 minute away from Blk 30 Mapletree Business City. Paying $160. I can transfer to you temporarily till I need it back. I'm trying out a new parking arrangement. Could be a few months to indefinitely. If you need a season lot urgently, contact me at 98801081. I'll let you know 1-2 months before I take it back.

5 minute walk to:

Telok Blangah MRT (1 station from Labrador Park Station)

Bus Stop (2 Bus Stops from MBC)

 

About a 15 minute walk if you wanna healthy lifestyle or 5 minutes by scooter.

I'm holding on to a season parking lot just 1 minute walking distance to Blk 30 Mapletree Business City. Paying $160.50 (inclusive of GST).

Block 52A Telok Blangah Drive is also a Park and Ride Carpark.

 

For food, there's a mini foodcourt in the same block as the carpark (the western food quite nice). There's another coffeeshop at 46 Telok Blangah Drive, which is along the walk from the mscp to the bus stop/mrt station (got prata and also the economic beehoon is popular in the morning). About 200m away from the mscp is Telok Blangah Drive hawker centre and also the wet market. Quite a lot of people from MBC/ARC/PSA walk over to the hawker centre for lunch.
