Accident in Penang need advice

Hi guys I am not in Penang now and a local car has hit on my car bumper resulting scratches and big dent. What should I do to make a claim with his insurance? Thanks.

If you are, ask $$$ and repair in M'sia if possible cos he will probably offer u RM100 at most so take it and repair over there cos for RM100 you cant even polish ur car back here.

Yes I m still in Penang but the driver is uncooperateive and doesnt want to pay or exchange contact. Is it means to say thats the end of case which he can just get away. I only have his car plate no. Why is it so unfair down there?

just take photo of that animal's car then claim from your insurance, dont go make scene there, u get chop into pieces

my with video, and is in singapore... and when report hit & run... the police say u go get your lawyer (at least 5k) to claim.. if no one die... police dont care... they will onlt post a letter asking that car owner, if this happen... so if the car owner say NO... then no case... but if you get your lawyer to fight and u win the case... that car owner will get into problem... since he give wrong info to police... by then police will act...

All accidents even w/o injury in Boleh land need to be reported to police there (by law).

 

Most likely the driver no licence. Very common there.

 

Forget about claiming insurance unless your car very badly damaged or totalled.

I believe he got no valid driving licence. Oversea not the same as in Singapore. Give up or kill him?

dont waste time with malaysia's car ins claims. it is likely that u get nothing from them. I am very experienced with this......bcos i was involved in a accident that total lost my car....I had to do OD
