In town area, are there any business centres or internet cafe thing (not the noisy places where games are played) where I can use my laptop with wireless internet connection?

From right side second row youth holding his handphone with both hands but the leg contacted "Live Electricity", he didn't survive.

Seems like no circuit breaker in the internet cafe. The other PC are still working despite the guy got electrocuted.
