After sq upgraded their website yesterday , it became non functional to users to make any changes to flights booked there and have to call their customer line (waited for 10mins).

Worse still , resolution time is not even known . Then why bother to upgrade when it caused so much problems?

ya boy, this upgrade is useless!

Damn... upgrade from jap to continental, n find out bloody s--t its too hot for this weather!
