actually the real reason i am buying this is because i am going to wallaby this year end and the 5 tonner uses this merit plug.

wallaby is famous for having insufficient charging points so i am buying a merit plug to connect to a 24v to 12v converter, then to various ciggi electrical points to charge hp and etc [idea]

can this inverter convert dc 24v to ac 220v? Thank you.

(the ciggi plug looks like the normal type. i think still need the merit plug)

(edited)

i was looking for a DC 12v-24v converter to AC 220v-240v, but i cannot find it in deal extreme or amazon.

As it is, it seems that my cheaper option was to get a dc 24v to dc 12v converter because i have 12v chargers (car chargers) for my electronic devices.

i just managed to get the merit plug from ST Kenetics at $26. As they are the distributor of MAN trucks in sg, i guess they would have the supplies. They told me they also need to indent as there are hardly any request for it.

Hahah u are definitely not the only guy that does online shopping.. In the US online shopping is so common in every household and the same trend is slowly increasing in Singapore.. So if galant has an online shopping site, it is gonna rake in tonnes more cash-flow the years to come..

I must say galant to be a third party to import items from china ain't it risky? Guess u really must choose ur products well. I tried to import some stuff from china for sale too, however the experience was not that idea. China products really aren't that reliable actually.
