Take care dudeHi so I'm 19 this year , serving the army next month on 3rd May .. but during the check up I didn't state to MO on my particular problem which is I pee very often at night like it may go up to 20-40 times In a span of every 5 min .. and I expeforce pee dripping very often .so I was wondering if there is something wrong with my bladder ? And can it be check in local polyclinic ? If no going to a private urologist to get a specialist letter can cause how much ? and given my condition am I eligible for downpes? Mcscot 5th Gear April 14, 2016 Share April 14, 2016 Bro ... sorry to hear about your condition. However, my advice is to get a referral from the Polyclinic and then get a review in Public hospitals. I really don't see a in pursuing a private review but if you are keen to "downgrade" ... by all means! The other question I have to ask is why did you wait until you pre-enlist before you identified that this was a problem. Going to the toilet "20 - 40 times in a span of every 5 mins" is NOT normal and that will mean that you literally live in the toilet! Why was downgrading the first thing that crossed your mind as opposed to your actual health and finding out the problem?! Sorry to be cynical but be a Singaporean MAN and serve the time! Unless we a referring to something more sinister, polyuria can be well treated. Unless we are talking about uti then long term could result in ESRD....only if no treatment sought Otherwise easy to resolve

Currently pes bp Buddy, if you want speed, try government restructured hospitals as a private patient. Doctors in restructured hospitals may very well be more hands on than private practitioners due to the higher volume of patients they see. Besides, private patients in restructured hospitals are in a priority queue system and it's really comparable to their private counterparts. The reason why I am posting this is not because I work for one but when it comes to health, it's always better to be on the safe side. Give it a shot before you decide against them. Kusje Supersonic April 14, 2016 Share April 14, 2016 (edited) Aiya. Why you so stupid nv report when you go for he initial medical check up? Must be just fabricated this reason to geng right? Anyway, why do you bother to pay on your own? First day of BMT just go report to the mo and tell him your problem. He will f you for not reporting during the medical but in the end, LAN LAn have to send you to see specialist. Let the army pay LA. Remember, once enlisted, all your medical problems are the armys, not yours. Edited April 14, 2016 by Kusje

Karoon Turbocharged May 15, 2017 Share May 15, 2017 i came across a current local crowdfunding story about a 14 yr old who contracted sepsis. His mom brought him to KK, condition deteriorated, and after a few weeks KK docs said nothing much can be done, don't know where the infection source is, good luck. His mom went to get 2nd opinion from a specialist in pte hospital (mt E i think but hospital and doc's name subsequently removed) and he told her the boy can recover, identified the source of infection and did a few surgeries. Think the boy is recovering. The total bill came up to 200k and she's trying to raise it, hence the crowdfunding. I'm quite disturbed by this as it implies several things wrong... https://give.asia/movement/help_syaqir_fight_sepsis_1
