The supplier have replaced another set for me but the same problem again ;( Currently still monitoring the set....did anyone experience this? Mine is latest batch ones with the newer board. Anyone experience missing audio sound during playback videos of the dr400? I have just bought it yesterday and last night when viewing the playback, notice that the audio sound is missing every few seconds.... E.g 0.01-0.08secs (got sound), 0.09-0.16secs (no sound) then 0.17secs got sound again and off again so on... This looks funny to me as I have not done any configurations yet. Supplier strongly advise me to use only 15fps ;( Sorry I'm really noob to this...=P Anyone knows why when playing video, upon zooming in to capture license plate number, it appears totally blurred. And its in bright day time....;( And when vehicle is moving, the car plate number is also blur as well... My settings is at 15fps as recommended by the supplier to preventing overheating issues. Thinking of getting Blackvue 350 from Gmarket. Can anyone recommend me which workshop to go for the Blackvue installation? Preferably installation rate at about $30. Thank you. Sad to say that distributor have already replaced mine for another new set, but the audio thingy is still The same which is really weird. Bought a new Samsung class 10 32gb sd card, tried, tested, Audio still the same.....really dunno wats wrong with it. Tried video on 3 PC, 2 Lappy, and my android phone still the same...haizzzz Somemore now got new problem, the playback lags....about 1sec every 5-6secs... Formatted both Sd cards numerous times...still giving me problem. Till date which is about 2weeks of usage I still can't get a good full hd video.... May I know how u configure the settings? Mine I used level 2 for brightness, 30fps for normal recording on the original 16gb card and 15fps on my new 32gb sd card. Did not change anything else. Bluesky2011 1st Gear May 22, 2012 Share May 22, 2012 I have this Blackvue 350 for 2 months. These 2 days, the voice command sounds suddenly becomes a bit distorted and staggered. Usually, it will start normal recording after I start driving out, but now, the normally recording only starts when I drive many km out on the roads. Anyone knows what happened?
