I think the car just came out of painting workshop. They have yet to remove the protective sticker on headlamp and whatever. Also, a pc of polyfoam got stuck to the car when the owner attended the NDP 2011 and hence the giant sharkfin.

 

As for the wheels, he hit a pot of paint and hence the miscolor. Hahaha..TOTAL IDIOT
