In that case alot fall into neighborhood schools! Or based on PSLE results? Or based on location? (located at HDB area considered neighborhood ?) Or based on the naming? All schools in singapore are near homes and within a neighborhood. Is this neighborhood school mentionned and used in MOE website or primary one registaration website? When a school is very popular and highly sought after by parents from all over the island, it will be deem as special and prestige, even if the school is located in normal neighborhood estate.
