Camrytron 6th Gear March 5, 2012 Share March 5, 2012 Can't help it, but to crack a joke here: vios->corolla->camry = small -> medium -> large, of the same built. :-) ↡ Advertisement
Yaloryalor 5th Gear March 7, 2012 Share March 7, 2012 $161K for 2.5L Not easy to sell at this price. If I were BM, I will give very good disc for the first 50 buyers. At least quickly let the new camry appear on the road to have free marketing for them. Attract awareness.
Raymondism Twincharged March 7, 2012 Share March 7, 2012 front looks like accord, rear looks like 2 gen ago camry backside looked like my 05 altis with a bootlid

Wizzercool 1st Gear March 7, 2012 Share March 7, 2012 Those 'old' folks in BM still thinks that Camry will sell like hot cakes and they can determine the price that they likes. The new Camry still has no option for leather, beige colored only

Proton_neutron 1st Gear April 8, 2012 Share April 8, 2012 Please lorh. I'm not a fan of Nissan designs, but this 2012 Camry, makes the Teana look so much more stylish and palatable....
13177 Supersonic April 9, 2012 Share April 9, 2012 Those 'old' folks in BM still thinks that Camry will sell like hot cakes and they can determine the price that they likes. The new Camry still has no option for leather, beige colored only  Standard beige colour for all toyota cars for decades! I wondering how come they dont change this 'culture', allow customer to choose between beige or black for their car seats? BM still believe toyota cars still can sell lo, maybe not hot cakes but overall sales still can make it. On and off still able to see brand new toyota cars like altis and camry on the road, despite current super high COE.
Camrytron 6th Gear April 9, 2012 Share April 9, 2012 All people... Regardless of how many people here dislike the new design of camry,it'll still sell like hot cake cos it's TOYOTA CAMRY
Proton_neutron 1st Gear April 9, 2012 Share April 9, 2012 (edited) Yah. But horh, previous Camry's had seriously decent looks (almost Lexus like). But this new Camry?? Seriously hard to stomach leah. Prefer the USA version anytime!! Plus COE so high, confirm most will get the 2.5L 4-cyl 6AT 181bhp for $6k more than the 2.0L 4-cyl 4AT (dated) 147bhp (When Hyundai has 165bhp from their 2.0L engine). But then, if Lexus decides to make the ES250 (using the 2.5V6 205bhp from the IS250) in RHD, be prepared to see more ES250 on the roads!!! Price difference between GS250 and Camry 2.5L will still be considerable though, but less with the ES250, in which the chassis is based on the Camry anyways. Lilblackrabbit Neutral Newbie April 9, 2012 Share April 9, 2012 I think the new Camry looks good leh. Executive look and not bulky like Teana. And the Asian version is nicer than the US one (looks cheapskate).

But the interior of the Camry still as plastic as the previous version though. =(
