PARF for Commercial Vehicles ?

Have read from some where that Commercial Vehicles do not have PARF, i.e. if they are to be scrapped before 10 years, only the COE value will be refunded, is it true ?

Yes.depreciation for commercial vehicle is higher.

Normally these commercial vehicle COE are renewed if the condition is still good.
