Bet he doesn't dare do this in a gahmen office like HDB branch office which have put up clear signages against being rude to their staff.

Sgreans only know how to take camera n stomp... I have help someone who had a accident right in front of my eyes, i quickly went to help. Many ppl quickly gather ard me and take out their camera and snap photo without helping. I have to shout "Can somebody help me"...Den the crowd faster disperse cause they don't want to KPO or help.
