Is there any parf or omv value for commercial panel vans like combo n kangoo?

Have a friend who is keen to get 2nd

the is no parf for commercial vehicle. only coe value

Hi bro thanks for reply, so meaning to say if the van is selling for $15k and Coe is at $5k, means the owner added almost $10k additional la?

Dunno if i am right, assuming the van is left with 1yr, i.e. COE $5K/10yr x 1yr, COE value is left $500,

selling for $15K, additional = $15K-$500.

 

Wonder if above is what is required ?

cannot be calculate this way.

have to depend on the age of vehicles also.

even though no PARF value for commercial vehicle,but there are still some body value.

easiest way is to check out the market depreciation.

So it's rather hard to determine how much to offer for a second hand van then, seems like only paying for Coe remaining value plus body value lol
