Sounds like you got swollen lymph nodes, those can happen if you got a gum infection or something.

Hope to get some help/recommendation from you guys.

My wife has blocked nose for the past two months. Went to the polyclinic and was refered to CGH. CT scan was done at CGH and was diagnosed with "Inverting papilloma", a kind of benign nose tumor. A surgery was recommended to remove the tumor. However, the doctor mentioned that there is chance of nose sinking into the face because the nose bone might need to be removed. My wife was terrified and very upset upon hearing that.

We want to seek another specialist for a second opinion, but on hand we do not know of any good ones.

Wondering whether anyone has such encounter, or you all have any good ENT specialist to recommend.

Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem with the nose tumor but not the bone problem.

Haven't gotten it fixed yet because there is supposedly a high chance for the stupid thing to grow back (>50%).

I used to see Dr Pang Yoke Teen in in NUH some years ago. He did my surgery for me then. Think he’s in private practice now. You can Google him.
