N. Korea announces death of Kim Jong-Il

 

SEOUL: North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il has died, and the communist country must now follow his son Kim Jong-Un, state media announced Monday.

 

The 69-year-old leader died on Saturday, December 17, at 8:30 am (2330 GMT Friday), a weeping announcer on state television said. No cause of death was given but he suffered a stroke in August 2008.

 

The official news agency KCNA said Kim died on board a train during one of his field trips outside the capital. It called on North Koreans to follow's Kim's son and designated successor Kim Jong-Un.

Fat hope. If you look at it closely, it is not him or his son only but an entire caste of leaders. It is like riding the tiger cannot come down. [knife]

For all you know, he may be the pillar that prevented any nuclear attacks from north korea to the rest of the world.

From what I see, his son is too young to earn the respect of his father's generals and advisors.

 

I only hope none of his fanatic/crazy minions "fulfils his destiny" by starting a war or something like that...

He will just be replaced by another ego-maniac more evil. The whole system gotta go but guess whose interest is it to keep the regime going? :huh:

They have to create a mythology for the son. I suspect his son won't really be in power but a committee of elders.

 

The way he inherited and the the way his son is inheriting is completely different [pirate]
