Anyway, first time bo penalty, just stern warning nia. Btw, how do u classify stern warning? The letter comes with a voicemail with a stern message? Something is terribly wrong with our law liao. Kena caught when passing though ERP gantry and not accident. He pleaded guilty and was fined $1500 and license suspended for 12 months. He is also 1st time offender. I will get this picture printed and show it to the MP to help my uncle appeal. At least get 6months off the suspension also better than nothing.
