I think celebrity-wise , the late king of pop MJ was the one with the most make-over publicly. Breaching his skin, doing up his lips/nose/chin all to look angmo was his infatuation. Read some where that almost 60-75% of South Korean celebrities goes through some form of plastic surgery.
