Hi, should I turn off the router power before I power off starhub modem? or just leave the router power on, then power off & re-start the starhub modem. Tks

On/off the starhub modern / router and test it out. If its doesnt work got to call hotline.

Only this SAMSUNG laptop got problem, others doing fine with Singtel connection at home and at office.

 

if you know how to create wireless tethering on your smart phone do so. Or try to visit a wireless hotspot e.g. wireless@sg and check whether you can connect using your laptop.

I need the speed of the direct line broadband for Spot FOREX trading. Wifi not the issue or usage application (USB modem slower although can work). Just discovered the other laptops can surf wireless in my office even without using the USB modem. I try this on Monday, then may be get back to SAMSUNG a 3rd time?

No luck. I will have to use USD modem for the SAMSUNG laptop. never buy SAMSUNG laptop.
