Normal sedan 20000 km @ 12km/l @ $2 per lit = $3333/yr
3G Prius 20000 km @ 24km/l @ $2 per lit = $1666/yr
Prius C 20000 km @ 35km/l @ $2 per lit = $1142/yr

Savings ~2k/yr or 20k for 10yr

Agree. Once the green rebate and new diesel tax kicks in I will be looking at either hybrid or diesel cars.

maybe we should have another category for green car coe which is 30% cheaper and let the luxury/sports car category to absorb the extra 30% since most of these buyers are very rich tongue.gif laugh.gif

Anyone know roughly what is the OMV like for this Prius c from AD? the price almost same as altis and it's already after 18k green rebate.

Anyone out there driving one? Can you pump 92 into this C? Does the small colourful monitor have a display for current consumption?
