Thanks for the questions which i enclose below:

 

1) PARF Rebate ?

Min PARF rebate is $18,235

 

2) AD & Other WS Maintenance / Servicing records ?

Full service record at my trusty and experienced mechanic. Serviced according to Volvo preventive maintenance schedule.

 

3) Engine cyclinders ?

5 cylinders, smooth and strong pick up. 2.4i natural aspirated engine (not 2.5 stated in my post heading)

 

4) Interior features ? (Power folding rear view mirrors, GPS, ICE & etc...)

Full factory leather seats, folding mirror, stock ICE.

 

5) Urban / Suburban FC ?

8.5 to 9 km/litre based on actual usage.

Bumpz...front pair brake discs, pads and absorbers changed recently...no worries...

It's a good V estate, honestly, I like to drive my sw more than my other suv, both have it's plus & minus points, still disturbing my wife and she just keep rolling her eyes.

Hey Fongmy, thanks for the favour! You're right, having driven SUVs on most of my overseas holiday, i've always preferred lower ride height and assuring cornering ability, something which the Focus-based V50 chasis is very capable of ^_^
