haha yeah lor, i wanted to suggest using itchy powder or pepper spray but realized that not easy to deal with the robbers since they are wearing helmets.

I think they want to do a good PR in front of the media. Else they would offload a whole squad with guns blazing or ram the bikes off the highway. Police people when left on their own devices tends to deploy overwhelming force because they can.

stayed in china for many years. shuttling between SZ,GZ,SHA . Travelled almost to all china main cities, north,south,east,west.

but in china cannot rely on police or anyone for that matter. its everyman for himself. the country and population is just too vast. you can expect the police to 'guard' the place well.

 

in summary , its just about survival . look at how hiong the robbers are. unable to snatch bag from bike, get off and attempt to drag/ beat it off helpless women. thats the mentality of these people. no money,no future, no aspirations.

TS, have u checked how long ago this is? motorcycles have been banned in GZ for some time. yes partly due to this type of crimes.
