Wonder if there is enough business for MCF to start one such recycling?

Spore has about one million vehicles ,if on the average each vehicle change oil every three months, this amount could support a small family business ( low tech ). Better still the total volume should also includes those from off road/construction vehicles /machineries and those from factories equipment.

I always wonder how does our Spore labour Union-link biggest buses/vehicle service company dispose of their used oil filters, fuel filters , brake fluids and engine coolant.

Maybe chengHu should encourage such recycling activities by issusing special Green Lience so that such companies can enjoy lower rate of fix overheads and variable costs in order to survive.

Some COE or licence to make sure it will fail to get off. Remember the Sim Wong Hoo's surface effect craft a few years back, also killed just like that.
