Beregond Supersonic July 12, 2016 Share July 12, 2016 Got use meh? China take the ruling to wipe backside only. Its like china ask his kakis form a court, and make a claim that manila belong to them, and ask pinoy to go to that court to settle. then beijing issue a statement that even if they win, they willing to share manila with pinoy ↡ Advertisement

Bystander50 5th Gear July 12, 2016 Share July 12, 2016 China already say that they will ignore the verdict when it was put up for arbitration without it's "blessing" If it is ruled to China's favour and they say they'll ignore it, does that mean the ATs are giving up their claims and give it to PH? Taiwan gave its own position shortly after the new release: South China Sea ruling won't be binding on Taiwan: Premier Lin TAIPEI - An international tribunal's ruling on the South China Sea disputes will not be legally binding on Taiwan, Central News Agency (CNA) reported on Tuesday (July 12), citing Premier Lin Chuan. Mr Lin said Taiwan stands firm on its sovereignty claim to islands in the South China Sea, including Taiping, also known as Itu Aba. "That (the ruling) will be not legally binding on us, and our stance will remain unchanged," Mr Lin said in response to reporters' questions on whether the ruling would undercut Taiwan's claims in the South China Sea. His comments came just hours before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague said that "none of the Spratly Islands is capable of generating extended maritime zones". Taiping is the largest in the Spratly islands.

Beregond Supersonic July 12, 2016 Share July 12, 2016 Power vacuum after WWII was a time to rewrite all the rules and introduce a new world order. That was what US, UK and USSR did the most between 1942 and 1945. Asia still stupidly fighting their own local wars. ya the outcome of south china sea is more then just the $$ oil gas fishes. its telling and showing the world, that china is able to stand up to uncle sam or not? the days when there is only 1 big boss around is over,?? there is alot more at stake for the western powers failure to even secure south china sea, which china claim its their , mean there is even lesser chance of taking back tawian?? which have the backing of US also.
