depends on your budget bro..if you don't mind spending abit more.. M Hotel The Buffet (Tanjong Pagar) has one of the best steamboat buffets imo.. lots of fresh seafood.

 

otherwise you can try tanyoto @ liang court for their supper buffet steamboat.

 

for something less expensive, you can try a restaurant called chuan cai ren jia @ chinatown..
