My desire is 2yrs plus and still working well... infact, I'm replying this post with it although Im using MOTO razr most of the time.... me too aiming at one x but the only drawback to me is it had not expandable memory slot.... Atonchia Supersonic May 5, 2012 Share May 5, 2012 My htc desire s died on the 1st week after the 1year warranty. Kept on shut down by itself. I gave my Desire HD to my mom, and used he Sensation XE currently. The only problem I have with Desire HD is the short battery life, so change to XE with a smaller screen and longer battery life. I bgt a new battery to change and my mom also need to charge once a day. I have also use Touch and Magic before, the main grouses is the battery life.
