Any recommendation of component speaker / models which is more for RnB music?

I think the ones with good bass works well for RnB. I like anything from Bose. :)

Any idea if it is ok to run 2X60W RMS (Max 120 per speaker) component in the front and stock speakers in the rear, powered by HU with 4x18RMS(50W max)?

Or do I need a 2 channel amp for the front?

I like the speakers with bass, mostly i listen rap music, so they are good for it.

I have to agree with the Bass speakers and some good amplifiers too. Make sure you are ready for some heart thumping beats in your car. ;)
