Obleveonn 2nd Gear October 16, 2012 Share October 16, 2012 Bro, I m now in Bangkok with wife n kid. Was interested to go To your recommended massage at Healthland. Saw the website got many branches. I m staying at baiyoke sky. So which Branch is the nearest for me? Tks in adv!!! Hi Ron You may try letsrelax spa at terminal 21. You can go by bts. stop at asoke and go into this shopping mall called terminal 21. I feel much more better then healthland. I went to both of the outlets. lets relax spa is abit more expensive but their place is new and they serve you mango with sticky rice after the massage! If u wanna go to healthland, both sathorn and askoe is quite near u. but please be beware of the jam! those massage shops near ur hotel all is normal massage shops and some also not good in their massage. However, if you must try, i tried one at petchaburi soi 17. not too bad. its just at the corner of 7-11. Nothing fancy but massage is ok. hope this helps. Mercs Hypersonic October 16, 2012 Share October 16, 2012 I check Thai airways prices, around 275 on the new A380. Hotel prices seems relatively cheap too for these months.
Fcw75 Hypersonic October 17, 2012 Share October 17, 2012 Just take BTS to Asoke. Healthland Asoke is only about 8 mins walk from Terminal 21. Urban Retreat Asoke is at Asoke station too.
Kurty Supercharged October 17, 2012 Share October 17, 2012 i be going BKK on the 24th yeah, i'm going to try and take train instead of cab to save money itinerary: temple visiting shopping nothing much i read that the rate in SG is better, yesterday was at 24.
AronTan Neutral Newbie October 17, 2012 Share October 17, 2012 Go shopping at Siam Square and Chatuchak. Their Thai designs are decent. Good quality fabric with different details to the pocket, collar and buttons. The fit is quite good too! Otherwise you can tailor shirts like a lot of my friends do, but I haven't tried before. Shoes are great too! I bought a few leather pairs for work. Not dirt cheap but the designs are nice too.

Shawnlee1 Neutral Newbie October 17, 2012 Share October 17, 2012 Healthland exists in 3 locations, depending on where you are staying: sathorn/silom sukhumvit 63 sukhumvit 19 Also - i'd recommend calling to check if they busy or not because sometimes they get extremely busy and the wait can be up to 1 hour and you don't want to waste your time waiting!! Nullifi3d 4th Gear October 17, 2012 Share October 17, 2012 Just came back from BKK over the weekend, weather was fine although reports mentioned thurnderstorm. Still as hot as ever. One thing i realized, BKK is not as cheap as it used to be. But bargains are available in certain areas if you know where to look. also helps if you speak thai.
